At Creaney Primary School, we use the Seesaw appplication as the primary communication tool to parents. Seesaw announcements are a great way to reach all families in the school or just a class, or we can message families privately through the Inbox. We can quickly send out major announcements, or alerts, and it provides a safe and secure space for this. When there are new Seesaw posts families are notified via the app.

Seesaw is also a way to stay connected to your child/ren's classroom, teachers can share what is happening in their classroom by posting notes, sending documents or uploading photos.

In the event of a lockdown that requires our students to access distance learning, teachers and specialists will upload prepared lessons to seesaw after the first week. Each student gets their own journal and will complete assigned activities using the learning tools. The Family App would then allow parents to communicate with their child's teacher and view their child's work.

All new families to Creaney Primary School receive instructions and log in details for the Family App and Class App for your child on commencement to the school.
